Kiewit Power Engineering Group is hiring a Mid-Level I&C Engineer in Five Points, Wake County to help drive instrumentation and controls design across our expanding portfolio of power projects. About the Role
As a Mid-Level I&C Engineer within Kiewit Power Engineering's Design Engineering department, you will deliver instrumentation and controls discipline expertise on power market projects. Based on-site in Five Points, Wake County, you will collaborate with a growing multidisciplinary team to support the engineering and design of reliable, modern power systems from concept through execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide instrumentation and controls discipline support across assigned power engineering projects.
- Contribute to design engineering deliverables aligned with project requirements and industry standards.
- Coordinate closely with cross-functional engineering teams to integrate I&C solutions into broader designs.
- Apply mid-level technical judgment to solve instrumentation and controls challenges throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated, experienced-level background in instrumentation and controls engineering.
- Working knowledge of I&C design principles relevant to the power industry.
- Ability to perform on-site in Five Points, Wake County in a full-time capacity.
- Strong collaboration skills suited to a team-based design engineering environment.
