Key Responsibilities

• Carry out quality assurance review and final release activities to confirm that products satisfy defined specifications and regulatory expectations.
• Lead and support validation efforts across processes, equipment, and systems to maintain a state of control.
• Examine batch records, documentation, and test results for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify, investigate, and resolve quality issues.
• Help uphold and continuously strengthen the quality management system in line with industry standards.

Qualifications

• Background in quality assurance, validation, or a related function within a regulated life sciences, diagnostics, or biotechnology setting.
• Working knowledge of release and validation practices and applicable quality and regulatory requirements.
• Strong attention to detail, sound documentation habits, and clear written and verbal communication.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and contribute to a culture of belonging.
• Willingness to work full-time and on-site in Fargo, Cass County.
