About the Role

As the MRB (Material Review Board) Coordinator, you will help keep nonconforming material moving through review and resolution in a fast-paced manufacturing and quality environment. Based in East Providence, you'll partner across teams to ensure that material decisions are documented, timely, and aligned with ZOLL Medical's commitment to patient safety and product excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate Material Review Board meetings and track nonconforming material from identification through final disposition.
• Maintain accurate MRB records, logs, and documentation to support quality and regulatory requirements.
• Work closely with quality, engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to drive timely material decisions.
• Monitor open items, follow up on outstanding actions, and help reduce aging inventory awaiting review.
• Support continuous improvement of MRB workflows and reporting.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Clear written and verbal communication for cross-functional collaboration.
• Comfort working with documentation, tracking systems, and detailed records.
• Interest in quality processes within a regulated medical device or manufacturing setting.
• Ability to work on-site full-time in East Providence, Providence County.
