About the Role
As a Junior Environmental Policy & Financial Analyst at Cadmus, you will support a quickly growing practice that delivers work under contracts with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and other government clients. The work spans drinking water, water quality, and resilience — areas of national importance as the country invests in modernizing and strengthening its water systems. This is a full-time position based at our Grand Central, Manhattan office.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist project teams supporting EPA and other government clients across drinking water, water quality, and resilience initiatives.
- Conduct research and analysis that blends environmental policy considerations with financial perspective.
- Help prepare reports, briefings, and supporting materials for client deliverables.
- Contribute to efforts aimed at improving the quality and resilience of America's water infrastructure.
- Collaborate with senior analysts and subject-matter experts to support ongoing contracts.
Qualifications
- A genuine interest in environmental policy, water resources, and the financial dimensions of public-sector work.
- Strong analytical, research, and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage tasks within a growing practice.
- Comfortable working on-site in Grand Central, Manhattan in a full-time capacity.
- An appropriate academic background or early experience relevant to policy, economics, finance, or environmental studies.
