About the Role
Gpac is partnering with several well-established, highly regarded commercial drywall contractors who are looking to add seasoned Project Managers and Estimators to their teams. As a Commercial Drywall Project Manager/Estimator based in Crescent Beach, Sarasota County, you will play a central role in driving projects forward while joining a growing, dedicated group of construction professionals. This is a full-time, on-site position offering the chance to build your career with a leading name in the commercial drywall industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee commercial drywall projects from initial planning through completion, ensuring quality and timeline expectations are met.
- Prepare accurate, detailed estimates and bids for commercial drywall scopes of work.
- Coordinate schedules, resources, and personnel to keep projects on track and within budget.
- Serve as a point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
- Review plans, specifications, and takeoffs to support competitive and reliable proposals.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience in commercial drywall project management and/or estimating.
- Strong understanding of commercial construction processes, materials, and methods.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Availability to work full-time on-site in the Crescent Beach, Sarasota County area.
