DBL Law is hiring a full-time Legal Assistant to join our well-established legal team in Park Hills, Kenton County, supporting attorneys and paralegals across multiple practice groups in nearby Covington, Kentucky.
About the Role
As a Legal Assistant at DBL Law, you will be a central part of how our firm delivers for clients every day. We are looking for a seasoned professional who brings practical legal knowledge, sharp organizational instincts, and the versatility to assist a range of practice areas. This is a hands-on, full-time position based on-site in Park Hills, Kenton County, where your contributions directly strengthen the work of our attorneys and paralegals.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative and legal support to attorneys and paralegals across several practice groups.
- Help keep matters moving by managing documents, correspondence, and case-related tasks accurately and on schedule.
- Coordinate across teams to ensure each practice area has the support it needs to serve clients effectively.
- Uphold the firm's "client first" approach in every interaction and task.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience working as a Legal Assistant or in a comparable legal support role.
- Working knowledge of legal processes and documentation, with the flexibility to support different practice groups.
- Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
- A collaborative, dependable mindset and a genuine commitment to putting clients first.
