Senior Corporate Paralegal

About the Role

As a Senior Corporate Paralegal at Strategy Inc, you will serve as a trusted partner within the Legal team, concentrating on corporate governance and securities matters. The position centers on SEC and international securities filings, and on the day-to-day reporting obligations that come with operating as a public company. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity based in Tysons Corner.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and prepare public company reporting documents, including Forms 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K.
• Manage Section 16 filings and track related ownership and transaction reporting requirements.
• Support both domestic SEC filings and international securities submissions from drafting through final review.
• Help maintain corporate compliance programs and assist the Legal team with governance recordkeeping.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure filings are accurate, complete, and submitted on schedule.

Qualifications

• Proven paralegal experience focused on corporate and securities law.
• Working knowledge of SEC reporting, including 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, and Section 16 filings.
• Familiarity with public company compliance obligations and corporate governance practices.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational discipline, and the ability to manage multiple filing deadlines.
• Comfortable working on-site in Tysons Corner, Fairfax County, in a collaborative legal environment.
