About the Role

This on-site Paralegal position sits at the center of active legal matters, providing critical support to attorneys across the full lifecycle of a case — from initial research through trial preparation. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with litigation workflows, a sharp eye for detail, and the organizational discipline to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced legal environment.

What You'll Do

• Assist attorneys with preparation for depositions, hearings, and trial proceedings
• Conduct thorough legal research and synthesize findings into clear, actionable summaries
• Draft and proofread legal documents including pleadings, motions, correspondence, and contracts
• Manage case files and maintain organized, up-to-date documentation throughout the litigation process
• Coordinate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel to track deadlines and filings
• Support e-discovery efforts and assist with document review and production
• Monitor dockets and ensure all procedural deadlines are met accurately and on time

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated experience as a Paralegal, with a background in litigation or case management preferred
• Solid working knowledge of Texas court procedures, legal terminology, and filing requirements
• Proven ability to draft and edit legal documents with precision and clarity
• Strong research skills, including proficiency with legal databases such as Westlaw or LexisNexis
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously under tight deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Associate's or bachelor's degree in paralegal studies, or equivalent professional experience; paralegal certification a plus
