What You'll Do

• Track and document student attendance, progress, and any incidents in accordance with campus policies
• Deliver or adapt individualized instruction to address the diverse learning needs of all students
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to support student development and academic outcomes
• Collaborate with campus staff to ensure continuity of instruction during teacher absences

• Demonstrated ability to manage a classroom and maintain a productive learning atmosphere
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with students, families, and school staff
• Commitment to supporting individualized education and meeting the needs of a diverse student population
• Reliability, professionalism, and flexibility to respond to short-notice scheduling needs
• Familiarity with Texas education standards and ResponsiveEd's instructional model is a plus
• Ability to maintain accurate student records and uphold campus and district guidelines
