About the Role

As a Restaurant Manager at Raising Cane's in Powell, you'll take ownership of day-to-day restaurant operations, holding the standard for quality, speed, and crew culture that defines the brand. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on the floor as much as behind the numbers.

What You'll Do

• Direct daily restaurant operations to meet quality, service, and cleanliness standards
• Coach, develop, and motivate a crew of hourly team members to perform at their best
• Manage shift scheduling and labor to align with guest traffic and business needs
• Oversee food safety practices and ensure full compliance with health and sanitation regulations
• Monitor inventory levels, conduct ordering, and minimize waste to hit cost targets
• Resolve guest concerns quickly and with a hospitality-first mindset
• Contribute to hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training of new crew members

What We're Looking For

• Prior experience in restaurant or food-service management or a strong supervisory background in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team under high-volume conditions
• Solid understanding of restaurant operations including food safety, labor management, and guest service
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including evenings and weekends
• A genuine passion for people — both the crew you lead and the guests you serve

Compensation

Initial hiring pay starts at $20 per hour, with the final rate determined based on location, experience, and qualifications.
