About the Role

As a Crew Member at Little Caesars in Indio, you're the heart of the operation. From prepping dough and building pizzas to serving guests and keeping the store running smoothly, you'll be part of a fast-moving team that takes pride in delivering hot, quality food quickly. No prior experience is required — we train you on everything from day one.

What You'll Do

• Prepare pizza dough, sauces, and toppings according to Little Caesars standards
• Assemble and bake menu items accurately and efficiently
• Greet customers, take orders, and handle transactions at the counter
• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe work environment throughout your shift
• Restock ingredients and supplies as needed to keep the line moving
• Support teammates during rush periods to ensure every guest leaves satisfied

What We're Looking For

• A positive, team-first attitude — no experience necessary
• Reliability and the ability to stay focused in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and basic customer service skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Availability to work a flexible part-time schedule, including evenings and weekends
