About the Role

As a Client Success Representative (CSR I) with EMS Management & Consultants, you will serve as a dedicated point of contact for assigned client accounts, focused on strengthening retention and driving measurable account performance. You will work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure client needs are met promptly and that the company's account management model continues to evolve strategically.

What You'll Do

  • Manage day-to-day support for assigned client accounts, ensuring a high standard of responsiveness and follow-through
  • Monitor account health and proactively identify opportunities to improve client outcomes and reduce churn
  • Act as an internal advocate for client needs, coordinating with operational and departmental teams to resolve issues efficiently
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of the client success and account management model by surfacing strategic gaps and recommending improvements
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date account documentation and activity records
  • Track key performance indicators for each account and prepare regular status updates for clients and internal stakeholders
  • Support client onboarding and transition processes to set new accounts up for long-term success

What We're Looking For

  • Demonstrated experience in a client-facing role — customer success, account management, or client services preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills with the ability to build trust across a variety of stakeholders
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret account data and translate it into actionable next steps
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and competing priorities without dropping the ball
  • Collaborative approach to problem-solving, comfortable working across departments to get things done
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and standard business software
  • Background in EMS, healthcare, or revenue cycle management is a plus but not required
