Store Service Manager

What You'll Do

• Direct day-to-day store operations, ensuring efficient workflow from vehicle write-up through delivery
• Supervise, schedule, and develop service staff including technicians and front-counter advisors
• Build lasting customer relationships by resolving concerns quickly and maintaining high satisfaction standards
• Monitor store performance metrics and drive results against sales and service goals
• Oversee parts and supply inventory, coordinating orders to minimize downtime
• Enforce quality control procedures and uphold safety standards across the service floor
• Recruit, onboard, and train new team members in line with company best practices
• Manage opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and daily reporting

What We're Looking For

• Prior experience managing or supervising a team in an automotive service, retail, or similar fast-paced environment
• Working knowledge of common vehicle maintenance and repair services
• Strong customer-facing communication skills with a track record of turning service interactions into loyal relationships
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities while keeping the team focused and the shop floor moving
• Comfort with basic business reporting, scheduling software, and point-of-sale systems
