District Manager-QSR

marcjaxllc is seeking a full-time District Manager to oversee a portfolio of Burger King franchise restaurants across the Cincinnati, Hamilton County market — a field-based leadership position built for operators who thrive on developing talent and delivering measurable results.

About the Role

This is an on-the-ground, multi-unit management role supporting a growing Burger King franchise organization in the greater Cincinnati area. You will own the performance of several high-volume locations, working directly alongside General Managers to build the systems, culture, and accountability that drive sustainable growth. If you are a QSR operator who leads by presence and performance rather than from behind a desk, this role is built for you.

What You'll Do

• Manage day-to-day operations across a defined district of Burger King locations in Hamilton County and the surrounding Cincinnati market
• Coach, develop, and hold General Managers accountable for their restaurant's people, performance, and guest experience
• Analyze unit-level P&L data and identify operational gaps, then partner with GMs to execute targeted improvement plans
• Uphold brand standards, food safety protocols, and company operating procedures across all locations
• Lead recruiting, onboarding, and succession planning at the GM and assistant manager level
• Drive same-store sales growth through local marketing support, labor optimization, and operational consistency
• Conduct regular site visits, audits, and team meetings to maintain a high-performance, accountable culture district-wide

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated experience as a multi-unit or district manager within quick-service or fast-casual restaurant operations
• A track record of developing General Managers and building strong restaurant leadership teams
• Hands-on operating style with the ability to identify problems at the unit level and implement practical solutions quickly
• Strong financial acumen — comfortable reading and acting on P&L statements, labor reports, and sales trend data
• Excellent communication and coaching skills across all levels of a restaurant organization
• Willingness and ability to travel regularly throughout the Cincinnati, Hamilton County district
• Burger King or comparable QSR brand experience is a strong advantage

Compensation

This position offers a base salary of $80,000–$85,000 annually, plus bonus opportunity tied to district performance.
