About the Role

As a CDL-A Delivery Truck Driver with McLane Company, you'll be a critical link in a national supply chain with over 130 years of proven performance. You'll operate a Class A tractor-trailer on established routes, delivering products to retail and foodservice customers while upholding the safety-first standards that have made McLane an industry leader. This position is based in Leipsic, Kent County and is not a remote role.

What You'll Do

• Execute scheduled delivery routes, transporting goods to grocery, convenience, and foodservice accounts across your assigned territory
• Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections in compliance with DOT and company safety standards
• Accurately verify, load, and unload freight, ensuring product integrity and correct order fulfillment at every stop
• Maintain up-to-date electronic logging device (ELD) records and all required driver documentation
• Communicate professionally with customers and distribution center staff to resolve delivery issues promptly
• Follow all federal, state, and local transportation regulations throughout each shift

What We're Looking For

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A) issued in the United States
• Current DOT medical examiner's certificate
• Clean driving record with a demonstrated commitment to road safety
• Ability to handle physical demands of the role, including lifting, maneuvering freight, and operating loading equipment
• Strong time-management skills and the ability to follow route schedules independently
• Willingness to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings, weekends, or holidays as needed
