iHeartMedia is hiring a part-time Promotion Events Support team member to join its Atlanta, Fulton County market — a hands-on opportunity to be the on-the-ground energy behind live events for America's leading audio company.

About the Role

As Promotion Events Support at iHeartMedia Atlanta, you'll be a visible, enthusiastic representative of our local stations at community events, live broadcasts, and brand activations across the Fulton County area. This is a part-time position ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, people-centered environments.

What You'll Do

• Assist in the setup, execution, and breakdown of promotional events and live remote broadcasts
• Represent iHeartMedia brands with professionalism and high energy when engaging with listeners and the public
• Distribute branded merchandise and promotional materials at events
• Support on-air talent and the promotions team with event-day logistics
• Help manage listener interactions, prize fulfillment, and contest activities at events
• Assist with capturing event content for use across digital and social platforms
• Maintain and transport event equipment and signage as directed

What We're Looking For

• Outgoing, energetic personality with a genuine enthusiasm for live events and audience engagement
• Strong verbal communication skills and comfort interacting with large crowds
• Flexibility to work a part-time schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and event-driven hours
• Reliable transportation to reach event locations throughout Atlanta and Fulton County
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift or carry event equipment as needed
• A team-first mindset with the ability to take direction and adapt quickly on site
• Prior experience in promotions, events, customer service, or brand ambassador work is a plus
