About the Role

The Talent Acquisition Process & Enablement Lead is a high-impact position responsible for making GM's recruiting engine run better, faster, and more consistently at scale. You'll own cross-functional operational initiatives that bring structure, discipline, and measurable improvement to how the Global Talent Acquisition (GTA) team attracts and hires top talent worldwide. What You'll Do

  • Lead process improvement initiatives across the Global Talent Acquisition function, identifying inefficiencies and designing scalable solutions that drive consistency and speed
  • Drive change management efforts tied to TA programs — building communication strategies, engaging stakeholders, and ensuring adoption across recruiting teams
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, playbooks, and enablement materials that equip recruiters and TA partners to perform at their best
  • Collaborate with HR, technology, and business leaders to align talent acquisition operations with enterprise goals
  • Track key performance indicators and operational metrics to surface insights, measure initiative impact, and inform continuous improvement
  • Support the rollout of new tools, systems, and programs within the recruiting tech stack, serving as a subject-matter expert on process integration
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects with competing timelines while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders at all levels

What We're Looking For

  • Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition operations, HR project management, or a related TA enablement function
  • Proven ability to design and execute change management plans — including stakeholder engagement and communication strategies — within complex organizations
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to evaluate recruiting processes and recommend improvements
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and enterprise recruiting technology platforms
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority
  • Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced, global environment
  • Experience working in a large, matrixed organization is a strong advantage
