Field Operations Leader

Crisis24 is seeking an experienced Field Operations Leader to take command of executive protection details in Washington, D.C. In this on-site, full-time role, you will be the senior point of contact our clients rely on every day.

About the Role

As Field Operations Leader (FOL) with Crisis24 in Washington, D.C., you serve as the most senior leader on the ground, directing a team of Protectors and owning the daily execution of each assignment. Clients look to you as their trusted advisor and the face of the detail, so steady judgment, presence, and accountability define your success in this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day operations of the protective detail, setting the standard for performance and professionalism on-site.
• Build, manage, and maintain detail schedules to guarantee full and reliable coverage at all times.
• Lead, mentor, and oversee a team of Protectors, handling personnel management and on-the-ground decision-making.
• Establish, enforce, and refine operational policies and procedures across the assignment.
• Act as the primary, trusted point of contact for the client, communicating proactively and clearly.
• Anticipate operational needs and resolve issues before they affect the client or the team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading protective or security operations teams in the field.
• Strong personnel management and scheduling skills, with the ability to keep a detail fully staffed and coordinated.
• Excellent proactive communication, both with clients and team members.
• Sound, composed judgment in dynamic, client-facing environments.
• Willingness and ability to work on-site in Washington, D.C. (this is not a remote role).
