About the Role

As the Scheduling Manager based at Fort Bliss in El Paso County, you will own the planning and sequencing that keeps major construction projects moving on time and on target. Working closely with project leadership, field teams, and subcontractors, you will translate scopes of work into clear, actionable schedules that guide day-to-day execution and long-term delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and update detailed project schedules that reflect realistic durations and logical work sequences.
• Partner with project managers, superintendents, and trade partners to capture progress and forecast completion dates.
• Identify schedule risks, conflicts, and critical-path activities, then recommend recovery strategies.
• Track milestones, analyze variances between planned and actual progress, and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Support coordination across multiple teams to align resources, deliveries, and dependencies.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction scheduling, project controls, or a closely related field.
• Strong working knowledge of scheduling principles, including critical-path methodology.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to collaborate across field and office teams.
• Ability to work on-site at Fort Bliss, El Paso County (this role is not remote).
