About the Role

As a Senior Logistics Management Specialist at Serco, you will join the Global Logistics Augmentation and Support Services (GLASS) program, providing direct support to Army Sustainment Command (ASC) operations in Djibouti. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver senior-level logistics management support to ASC under the GLASS program.
• Coordinate sustainment and support activities aligned with US Army requirements in Djibouti.
• Apply specialized logistics expertise to plan, track, and improve supply and support operations.
• Partner closely with team members and stakeholders to keep projects on schedule and on target.
• Help resolve logistics challenges on high-profile, mission-driven assignments.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated, senior-level experience in logistics management or a closely related discipline.
• Familiarity with US Army sustainment or military logistics operations is strongly preferred.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills for working within a multidisciplinary support team.
• Ability to perform reliably on challenging, fast-paced defense support projects.
• Authorization to support a US Army program and meet applicable eligibility requirements.
