Data Analyst

Serco is hiring a full-time Data Analyst in Rock Island, Rock Island County, to help drive data-informed decisions on mission-critical work supporting the United States Army.

About the Role

As a Data Analyst at Serco, you will join the Global Logistics Augmentation and Support Services (GLASS) team supporting Army Sustainment Command (ASC) at Rock Island Arsenal. Key Responsibilities

• Gather, organize, and analyze logistics and sustainment data in support of Army Sustainment Command objectives.
• Translate raw data into clear insights, reports, and recommendations that inform program decisions.
• Collaborate closely with the GLASS team and stakeholders to deliver dependable analytical support.
• Maintain data accuracy and integrity across challenging, high-profile defense projects.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience as a Data Analyst or in a comparable analytical role.
• Strong skills in collecting, interpreting, and presenting data effectively.
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Willingness to work on-site in Rock Island, Rock Island County (this is not a remote position).
