About the Role

As the Regional Property Support Manager at Fitch Irick Management, you will act as a hands-on, traveling leader who keeps communities running smoothly whenever an on-site Property Manager is unavailable. Anchored in Charlotte, Mecklenburg County, this full-time, exempt position is remote with regular regional travel across North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia, where you will protect performance and operational stability at the properties that need you most.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver interim, field-based leadership at communities operating without a dedicated on-site Property Manager.
• Travel routinely throughout the NC, SC, and VA region to assess, stabilize, and strengthen day-to-day operations.
• Step in to support additional assets across the portfolio as business needs arise.
• Maintain operational continuity, ensuring each community upholds consistent, high standards.
• Collaborate with regional and corporate teams to reinforce company policies, performance goals, and resident experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in property or community management, ideally in a multi-site or regional capacity.
• Willingness to travel frequently and the flexibility to support properties across three states.
• Strong leadership presence and the ability to enter unfamiliar communities and create order quickly.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• A self-directed, dependable approach well suited to a remote role with substantial regional travel.
