About the Role
As the OnSite Property Manager, you will be the primary point of leadership at the property, balancing operational performance with strong resident relationships. This is a hands-on position for a seasoned property management professional who can keep the community running smoothly, maintain compliance, and present the property at its best every day.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate all onsite property operations to keep the community running efficiently.
- Serve residents directly, responding to needs and helping foster a positive living experience.
- Oversee leasing activity and ensure ongoing lease compliance.
- Monitor the condition and presentation of the property, keeping it well-maintained and welcoming.
- Manage routine operational tasks to support a high-performing, organized site.
Qualifications
- Proven, hands-on experience in property management.
- Confidence leading onsite operations independently.
- Strong skills in resident relations and customer service.
- Working knowledge of leasing processes and lease compliance.
- Attention to detail in property upkeep, presentation, and overall operational efficiency.
- Availability for a full-time, onsite schedule in the Los Angeles / Reseda, CA area.
