About the Role

As a part-time Dietary Aide at our Crystal Lake facility, you'll play a hands-on role in keeping our kitchen running smoothly and our residents well-fed. This is a part-time/casual position with a consistent weekly shift every Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., plus every other weekend on the same 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate, clean, and sanitize food service equipment, dishes, and utensils to keep the kitchen safe and orderly.
• Follow established food safety guidelines and prepared meals in line with each resident's prescribed diet restrictions.
• Apply and uphold proper sanitation standards throughout every shift.
• Support the broader dietary team in delivering timely, quality meal service to residents.

• Willingness to learn and consistently apply sanitation and diet-restriction procedures.
• Availability to work the set schedule: every Friday and every other weekend, 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
