About the Role
As a Resident Care Aide on the overnight Memory Care team, you will provide attentive, dignified support to residents living with memory-related conditions. This full-time, on-site night shift position is central to keeping our community safe, calm, and well cared for through the night.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Memory Care residents with daily personal care, comfort, and mobility needs during overnight hours.
- Monitor residents throughout the night, responding promptly and patiently to changing needs.
- Foster a secure, reassuring environment that reflects respect and genuine engagement.
- Communicate observations and concerns clearly to the nursing and care team.
- Support each resident's quality of life with kindness, consistency, and attention to detail.
Qualifications
- A caring, dependable approach and a sincere commitment to serving older adults.
- Comfort working independently during overnight hours as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong communication skills and reliability in a resident-focused setting.
