About the Role

As a Bilingual Family Support Services Supervisor at Brightpoint, you will guide a team of family-facing professionals across the Dekalb, DeKalb County community. This full-time, on-site position blends people leadership with hands-on program oversight, ensuring that every family we serve receives consistent, high-quality, and culturally responsive support. Your bilingual skills will be central to building trust with the diverse families and caregivers who rely on our services.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and develop a team of family support staff to meet program goals and service standards.
• Oversee day-to-day delivery of family support services, ensuring quality, consistency, and adherence to best practices.
• Provide bilingual communication and culturally informed guidance to families, caregivers, and community partners.
• Use data-informed approaches to monitor outcomes, identify needs, and strengthen preventative, collaborative solutions.
• Support staff with case consultation, training, and ongoing professional growth.
• Partner with community organizations and stakeholders to expand access and connect families to resources.

Qualifications

• Bilingual proficiency, with the ability to communicate effectively with families in more than one language.
• Experience in family support, social services, human services, or a related field.
• Demonstrated supervisory or team leadership experience, or readiness to step into a leadership role.
• Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Commitment to equity and to advancing the well-being of children and families.
• Ability to work on-site in Dekalb, DeKalb County.
