About the Role

As a Field Inspector with LSCG, you'll be the on-site set of eyes ensuring that fiber and tower construction is completed to standard, safely, and with the integrity our partners and crews are known for. This is an in-person, full-time position based in Rich Square, Northampton County — not a remote role — placing you directly where the work happens.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect communications infrastructure construction activity, including fiber and tower work, to confirm quality and compliance.
• Champion a safety-first mindset across every job site and flag hazards before they become problems.
• Document field conditions, progress, and findings to keep projects accurate and accountable.
• Coordinate closely with field crews, supervisors, and project partners to keep work moving honestly and on track.
• Verify that completed work aligns with project specifications and applicable standards.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with construction practices, ideally in communications or utility infrastructure such as fiber and towers.
• A genuine commitment to workplace safety and following proper procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to record observations clearly.
• Reliable communication and collaboration skills for working alongside crews and partners.
