Terracon is hiring a full-time Project Coordinator in Sacramento, Sacramento County, to keep engineering and consulting projects organized, well-documented, and running smoothly from start to finish.
About the Role
As a Project Coordinator at Terracon, you'll be the organizational backbone of project delivery in our Sacramento office. You'll oversee document control, track project progress, safeguard quality and consistency, and craft clear communications that help create an outstanding experience for every client. This is an on-site, full-time position based in Sacramento County.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage document workflows and systems so project and client records remain controlled, accurate, and readily available to the local office and operations teams.
- Handle the tracking and routing of project documentation to keep information flowing to the right people at the right time.
- Monitor project milestones and timelines, supporting the team in delivering work on schedule.
- Promote consistency and quality across project documents and processes.
- Draft and coordinate professional communications that strengthen client relationships.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support that keeps projects moving efficiently.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills with sharp attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience in document control, project administration, or coordination is an advantage.
- Clear, polished written and verbal communication abilities.
- Comfort working with documentation systems and project tracking tools.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
- A collaborative, client-focused mindset.
