WSP USA is hiring a Senior Transmission Line Project Manager to join its Power & Energy Management team in the Village of Los Ranchos, Bernalillo County, New Mexico. Step into a leadership role driving high-voltage transmission line projects from concept through completion.
About the Role
As a Senior Transmission Line Project Manager with WSP USA, you will take ownership of the technical, scheduling, quality, and financial performance of Power and Energy transmission line engagements. This full-time, on-site position in the Village of Los Ranchos places you at the center of WSP's growing Power Delivery practice, where you will guide multidisciplinary teams while strengthening relationships with utility and energy clients across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full lifecycle of transmission line projects, overseeing technical execution, budgets, schedules, and quality standards.
- Manage project financials, ensuring deliverables stay on time and within scope.
- Cultivate and grow long-term client partnerships across the power and energy sector.
- Promote and expand WSP's Power Delivery services among current accounts and prospective clients, with particular emphasis on the Southern market.
- Coordinate engineering teams to deliver safe, reliable, and high-quality transmission solutions.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience managing transmission line or comparable power and energy infrastructure projects.
- Strong command of project controls, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality assurance.
- Proven ability to develop client relationships and support business development efforts.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team coordination skills.
- Willingness to work on-site in the Village of Los Ranchos, Bernalillo County.
