Respiratory Therapist

TriOptus LLC is seeking an experienced Respiratory Therapist for a full-time, on-site assignment in the West Richland and Richland, Washington area of Benton County. If you thrive in high-acuity neonatal care and hold an active WA RRT license, this contract role offers steady, guaranteed hours on day shift.

About the Role

This is a 13-week contract position based in Richland, WA (West Richland, Benton County). The schedule covers day shift with 36 guaranteed hours per week, giving you consistency while you deliver specialized respiratory care. As a Respiratory Therapist with TriOptus LLC, you will work within a dedicated respiratory therapy unit supporting some of the most fragile patients in the hospital setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide advanced respiratory therapy to neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) patients.
• Manage and operate specialized equipment, including nitric oxide therapy, jet ventilators, and oscillators.
• Attend and support deliveries, including extremely premature births as early as 23 weeks gestation.
• Assess patient respiratory status and adjust therapeutic interventions accordingly.
• Collaborate with the neonatal and clinical care team to ensure safe, effective outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active Washington (WA) Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) license.
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on respiratory therapy experience.
• Required NICU experience caring for neonatal patients.
• Demonstrated proficiency with nitric oxide delivery, jet ventilation, and oscillator equipment.
• Proven experience attending deliveries down to 23 weeks gestation.
