About the Role
As an Experienced Automotive Service Technician at Marcotte Ford Sales, you will be a hands-on member of our service department, tackling a wide range of mechanical and electronic repairs. This is a full-time, on-site position in Holyoke, Hampden County, ideal for a seasoned professional who thrives in a busy dealership environment and values both speed and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform accurate, timely automotive repairs across a variety of vehicle systems.
- Diagnose and service engine management and fuel management systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical components and wiring concerns.
- Complete wheel alignments and service steering and suspension systems.
- Inspect, repair, and maintain braking systems to manufacturer standards.
- Calibrate and service advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS).
- Document work performed and communicate clearly with service advisors.
Qualifications
- Proven, hands-on experience as an automotive technician or service technician.
- Strong working knowledge of engine, fuel, electrical, steering, suspension, brake, and ADAS systems.
- Ability to diagnose issues efficiently and complete repairs to a high standard.
- A reliable, detail-oriented approach and a commitment to quality workmanship.
