About the Role

As a Foster Care Treatment Coordinator with National Youth Advocate Program, you will report to the Clinical Supervisor (or a designated leader) and serve as a steady advocate for the children and families in our care. Based in the Colfax, Marion County area, this position centers on building trusting relationships and guiding youth toward stability, safety, and long-term well-being.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner directly with youth, their families, and foster parents to coordinate individualized treatment and support.
• Provide ongoing advocacy that helps move each child closer to positive, lasting outcomes.
• Collaborate with community partners and local resources to wrap services around the families we serve.
• Work under the general direction of the Clinical Supervisor while exercising sound, child-centered judgment.
• Help create meaningful, measurable change in the daily lives of children and families.
