About the Role
MCCORMICK AND MCCORMICK INC is seeking a solo company driver to operate refrigerated and dry van freight on local, dedicated lanes out of Tigerton, Shawano County. This is a full-time, W2 day-shift role offering reported weekly average pay between $1,000 and $1,200, with typical mileage ranging from 500 to 1,500 miles per week. Drivers follow a 5-days-on, 2-days-off rotation and return home every weekend.
Key Responsibilities
- Run dedicated local routes hauling refrigerated and dry van loads in and around Shawano County.
- Work a consistent daytime shift while maintaining safe, on-time deliveries.
- Operate as a solo driver with no required driver load or unload duties.
- Comply with all applicable federal, state, and DOT safety and hours-of-service regulations.
- Maintain accurate trip records and keep the equipment in safe working condition.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A commercial driver's license (CDL-A).
- Ability to operate refrigerated (reefer) and dry van trailers.
- Willingness to work a day-shift schedule of 5 days on and 2 days off.
- Commitment to safe driving practices and regulatory compliance.
Orientation
