Data Analyst

Serco is seeking a detail-driven Data Analyst in Providence, Providence County to help power mission-critical logistics analytics in support of the United States Army. This full-time, on-site role places you at the heart of decisions that keep Army sustainment operations moving.

About the Role

As a Data Analyst at Serco, you will join the Global Logistics Augmentation and Support Services (GLASS) team, providing analytical support to Army Sustainment Command (ASC) at Rock Island Arsenal. If high-visibility, demanding projects energize you, this position offers the chance to apply your technical know-how and teamwork to work that genuinely matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, organize, and interpret operational and logistics data to support U.S. Army sustainment missions.
• Translate raw datasets into clear insights that guide planning and decision-making for the GLASS program.
• Partner with cross-functional GLASS team members to deliver accurate, timely analysis.
• Support reporting and data quality efforts tied to Army Sustainment Command requirements.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in data analysis, with the ability to turn complex information into actionable findings.
• Strong collaborative and communication skills suited to a team-based program environment.
• Comfort working on high-profile projects with shifting priorities and tight standards.
• Willingness to work on-site in Providence, Providence County in a full-time capacity supporting a U.S. Army client.
