Facilities Manager – Training Center

About the Role

As the CBRE Facilities Manager for this Grandview Heights training center, you will take ownership of building operations and maintenance across the asset. Sitting within CBRE's Facilities Management team, the position centers on the full lifecycle of property operations and provides hands-on support to Property Managers on repairs, capital projects, and long-term investment planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct the daily operations and maintenance program for the training facility, ensuring reliable, safe, and efficient performance.
• Coordinate routine and reactive repairs, tracking work through to completion and confirmed resolution.
• Partner with Property Managers to shape and execute maintenance plans and capital investment strategies.
• Oversee the condition and performance of building systems and assets across the site.
• Help maintain a workplace environment that supports the facility's training functions.

Qualifications

• Practical experience in facilities management, building operations, or property maintenance.
• Working knowledge of building systems, repairs, and maintenance planning.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills to manage vendors, schedules, and priorities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with Property Managers and on-site teams.
• Willingness to work on-site full-time in Grandview Heights, Franklin County.
