About the Role
As a Senior Development Manager on Amazon's North American Operations (NA Ops) Real Estate Team, you will guide the strategy and execution behind the facilities that power the Amazon Fulfillment Network across the continent. This is a high-impact opportunity for a real estate development leader who thrives on ambitious projects, cross-functional collaboration, and turning long-range plans into operational reality.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic development, acquisition, and disposition of facilities within Amazon's North American fulfillment footprint.
- Partner with internal teams to identify, evaluate, and advance real estate opportunities that support network growth.
- Manage large-scale, technology-enabled fulfillment center projects from concept through completion.
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners and stakeholders throughout each project's lifecycle.
- Translate operational requirements into sound real estate and development decisions.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in commercial real estate development, acquisition, or a closely related discipline.
- A history of managing complex, large-format development projects end to end.
- Strong capabilities in stakeholder management, negotiation, and cross-functional leadership.
- Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution in a fast-moving environment.
- Willingness to work on-site in Bellevue, King County.
