About the Role

As a Property Manager with Bradley Company, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our apartment communities in South Bend, partnering closely with the Regional Property Manager. Your central focus will be preserving the long-term value of the physical asset while driving strong financial performance in line with each owner's goals. This is an on-site, full-time opportunity for a hands-on leader who thrives on accountability and results.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the apartment community and ensure smooth, efficient performance across all functions.
• Support the Regional Property Manager in protecting and enhancing the property as a physical asset.
• Work to maximize financial returns and operate the community consistent with the owner's objectives.
• Carry out monthly and annual property inspections, documenting conditions and reporting findings to leadership.
• Address resident, maintenance, and operational matters promptly to maintain a well-run, welcoming community.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in property management, ideally within apartment or multifamily residential communities.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance operational, financial, and resident-focused priorities.
• Comfort conducting regular property inspections and preparing clear reports for regional leadership.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work on-site in South Bend, St. Joseph County.
