The Harbor Bank of Maryland is seeking a detail-oriented Loan Operations Administrator (Part-Time) to join our Credit Administration team in Baltimore, Baltimore County. This part-time, non-exempt role supports the accuracy, service, and day-to-day flow of our loan servicing operations.
About the Role
As a Loan Operations Administrator at Harbor Bank Of Md, you will be central to advancing the bank's mission of delivering dependable, community-focused financial services. Reporting to the Loan Servicing Manager (VP) within the Credit Administration department, you will provide high-quality support that keeps loan operations running smoothly while ensuring an outstanding experience for internal partners and customers alike. This is a part-time, hourly position based in Baltimore, MD.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the daily activities of the loan servicing and credit administration functions.
- Deliver attentive, accurate service to colleagues, borrowers, and stakeholders.
- Maintain organized loan records and assist with operational documentation and processing.
- Collaborate closely with the Loan Servicing Manager to uphold quality and compliance standards.
- Contribute to the efficiency and integrity of the bank's loan operations workflow.
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in administrative and operational tasks.
- Excellent service orientation, with the ability to support both internal teams and customers.
- Effective organizational skills and the ability to manage responsibilities within a part-time schedule.
- Comfort working within a structured loan servicing or credit administration environment.
- Reliable communication and collaboration skills in a team-based banking setting.
