Home365 is hiring a Field Agent (Contractor) to support its property management operations across Central PA. About the Role
As a Field Agent Contractor with Home365 in Central Pennsylvania, you will serve as the company's in-person presence at rental properties, bridging the gap between Home365's technology platform and the physical homes it manages. This is a full-time, on-site field position for an independent contractor who is comfortable managing their own schedule, traveling between properties, and acting as a trusted representative of the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct on-site visits, inspections, and assessments at residential rental properties throughout Central PA.
- Document property conditions accurately and report findings through Home365's technology tools.
- Coordinate with the property management team to address issues and keep homes rent-ready.
- Act as a dependable local point of contact for properties in your assigned area.
- Help ensure properties meet Home365's standards for quality and tenant readiness.
Qualifications
- Prior experience as an independent contractor, field agent, or in property management, real estate, or a related field.
- Self-motivated and able to work autonomously with minimal day-to-day supervision.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between properties across Central Pennsylvania.
- Comfort using mobile and web technology to capture and submit property data.
- Strong attention to detail and clear communication skills.
