Alo Yoga is hiring an Operations Associate (Part-Time) to support the day-to-day flow of one of its premier retail destinations at The Shops at Hudson Yards in New York. About the Role
As an Operations Associate at The Shops at Hudson Yards, you'll keep the behind-the-scenes engine of the store running smoothly so the sales floor can deliver a seamless, elevated guest experience. This is a part-time, in-person position based in New York — not a remote role — ideal for someone who is organized, detail-driven, and energized by retail operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, process, and organize incoming shipments and inventory accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain stockroom standards, ensuring product is properly stored, labeled, and replenished to the floor.
- Support inventory counts, audits, and loss-prevention practices to keep records precise.
- Assist with merchandising and floor sets, partnering with the store team to keep displays full and on-brand.
- Help uphold a clean, safe, and well-maintained back-of-house and selling environment.
- Collaborate with store leadership to streamline daily operational tasks and processes.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in retail operations, stockroom, or inventory support is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to lift, move, and process merchandise and work on your feet throughout a shift.
- A reliable team player with flexible part-time availability, including weekends and peak retail periods.
- Genuine enthusiasm for the Alo Yoga brand and a mindful, community-minded approach to work.
