About the Role
As a Maintenance Technician at Retal Pa in Donora, Washington County, you'll be a key member of our manufacturing team, working on-site to diagnose, repair, and maintain the machinery that produces PET preforms for the beverage industry. Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve mechanical, electrical, and equipment issues across the production line.
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and keep manufacturing equipment in peak condition.
- Carry out repairs on machinery used to produce PET preforms, ensuring consistent product quality.
- Follow all plant safety procedures and contribute to a culture of operational excellence.
- Document maintenance activities and collaborate with team members to support efficient production.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a comparable industrial maintenance role.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and repair manufacturing equipment.
- Solid understanding of safety standards in a manufacturing environment.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively as part of an on-site team.
- Availability for full-time work at our Donora, PA facility.
