About the Role
As a Greens Keeper 1-3 at Lake Almanor Country Club, you will be hands-on in the everyday upkeep and presentation of the course. Across the experience levels of this position, you will care for greens, tees, fairways, roughs, and bunkers while supporting the equipment and systems that keep play running smoothly. It is a physically active job that rewards reliability, consistency, and a genuine interest in turf and landscape care in Clear Creek, Lassen County.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily maintenance of greens, tees, fairways, roughs, and bunkers to support quality playing conditions.
- Help maintain a clean, attractive, and well-groomed appearance throughout the golf course.
- Operate, monitor, and assist with irrigation systems and course amenities.
- Support the safe use and basic upkeep of turf equipment and tools.
- Follow established procedures and adapt to seasonal and weather-driven course needs.
Qualifications
- A strong work ethic and dependable attendance for a full-time, on-site schedule.
- Close attention to detail and pride in a well-presented course.
- Comfort with physical, outdoor work in varying conditions.
- Mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn equipment and irrigation basics.
- Ability to work cooperatively as part of a grounds and maintenance team.
