This is a fresh take on the traditional BCBA path, built primarily around telehealth with only occasional travel.

About the Role

This full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) position is centered on telehealth delivery, with roughly eight of every ten days handled remotely. Limited in-person travel of approximately 20% each month keeps you connected to the people you serve while preserving the flexibility of a largely virtual schedule. Compensation includes a base salary of $85,000–$95,000, with performance bonuses that can bring total earnings up to $107,000.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, oversee, and refine individualized ABA treatment plans through telehealth sessions
• Conduct assessments and monitor client progress against measurable goals
• Provide guidance, training, and supervision to support staff and caregivers
• Coordinate occasional on-site visits during the limited monthly travel portion of the role
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold ethical, compliant practice standards

Qualifications

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing
• Willingness to travel approximately 20% per month for in-person support
• Residence in one of the following states: North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Connecticut, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Texas, Virginia, or Florida
• Strong clinical judgment and comfort delivering services in a telehealth setting
