About the Role
As a traveling Leasing Professional-Floater, you'll provide on-demand leasing and resident-service coverage wherever ConcordRENTS communities need a helping hand. This Lady Lake-based role calls for adaptability, strong communication, and a genuine commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience at affordable and market-rate apartment communities throughout the area.
Key Responsibilities
- Travel between assigned ConcordRENTS communities to cover staffing needs and maintain seamless leasing operations.
- Guide prospective residents through tours, applications, and the leasing process from first inquiry to move-in.
- Respond to current resident questions and requests with professionalism and care.
- Maintain accurate leasing records, applications, and related documentation.
- Support each community's leasing and occupancy goals while upholding company standards.
Qualifications
- A customer-first attitude with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work across multiple property locations within Lake County.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between communities.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Prior leasing, sales, or property management experience is a plus.
