About the Role
As an LIHTC Leasing Consultant with Cirrus Asset Management, you are the first friendly face that prospective residents meet at our Englewood community. You will guide visitors through the leasing journey from first hello to move-in, showcasing available homes and shared amenities while ensuring every file meets Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program standards. This is a full-time, in-person position in Arapahoe County, Colorado.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet walk-in visitors and lead engaging tours of available apartments and community amenities.
- Market open units through online listing platforms, on-site signage, and proactive outreach efforts.
- Walk applicants through lease terms, application criteria, and current pricing with clarity and accuracy.
- Create and maintain complete, accurate resident files in line with LIHTC requirements.
- Partner closely with the Property Manager and maintenance team to confirm quality work is delivered on schedule.
- Handle re-certifications and lease renewals, and support related leasing and compliance tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Customer-focused communication skills with a welcoming, professional approach to prospective and current residents.
- Familiarity with LIHTC leasing, re-certifications, and affordable-housing compliance is a strong advantage.
- Strong organization and attention to detail for managing applications, documentation, and resident records.
- Comfort using online listing and marketing tools to promote available units.
- A collaborative mindset and reliability working alongside management and maintenance staff on-site in Englewood.
