About the Role

As the Medical Education Coordinator at Alphatec Spine (ATEC), you will partner with the Medical Education team to plan and deliver the logistics behind ATEC's internal and external learning programs. Reporting to departmental leadership and working under direct supervision, you will serve as a central point of contact connecting ATEC Corporate with field-based sales representatives, marketing colleagues, and surgeon customers. Programs span virtual sessions, in-field training, and corporate-hosted events, making this a varied, fast-paced position based in Carlsbad.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the planning and execution of logistics for ATEC's virtual, in-field, and corporate-based educational activities.
• Support the Medical Education team across both internal initiatives and external surgeon-facing programs.
• Act as a liaison between ATEC Corporate, field sales representatives, marketing teams, and surgeon customers.
• Help ensure educational events run smoothly from preparation through follow-up, under the guidance of departmental leadership.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and logistics-coordination skills suited to managing multiple concurrent programs.
• Excellent communication abilities to liaise effectively with corporate staff, sales teams, marketing partners, and surgeon customers.
• Comfortable working under direct supervision while taking ownership of assigned program details.
• Ability to support virtual, in-field, and corporate-based events as part of a collaborative team.
• Willingness to work on-site in Carlsbad, San Diego County (this position is not remote).
