About the Role
As an Industrial Refrigeration Technician at Cargill, you'll join the Technical & Maintenance team supporting Food & Beverage Operations in Dimondale, Eaton County. The cooling and refrigeration equipment you maintain is fundamental to food processing, helping protect product integrity and food safety every day. This is an on-site, full-time position for a hands-on professional who takes pride in reliable, well-maintained systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate, service, and troubleshoot industrial refrigeration and precision cooling systems used in food processing.
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance to keep equipment running safely and efficiently.
- Diagnose mechanical and refrigeration faults and complete timely, durable repairs.
- Monitor system performance and respond to issues to minimize downtime.
- Follow established safety, food-safety, and regulatory standards in all maintenance work.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a refrigeration technician, ideally with industrial or food-grade cooling systems.
- Solid understanding of refrigeration principles, controls, and related mechanical systems.

- Commitment to workplace safety and responsible maintenance practices.
- Willingness to work on-site in Dimondale, Eaton County.
