About the Role

As a Caregiver with Sevita, you'll work hands-on with the individuals we serve, helping them learn new skills, build confidence, and live fuller, more connected lives. This is a full-time, on-site position based out of our Fair Oaks location in South Austin, TX 78745, covering weekday and weekend day shifts. The pay rate for this position is $10 per hour. Best of all, no high school diploma or GED is required — your compassion, dependability, and willingness to learn matter most.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct, day-to-day support that promotes independence, learning, and personal growth
• Assist with everyday living activities and daily routines
• Encourage participation in community and skill-building opportunities
• Foster a safe, respectful, and encouraging environment for the people you support
• Work collaboratively as part of a dedicated care team across weekday and weekend day shifts

Qualifications

• No GED or high school diploma required
• A motivated, reliable attitude and genuine desire to help others thrive
• Availability for full-time day shifts, including weekends
• Ability to commute to the Fair Oaks site in South Austin, TX 78745
