About the Role

MIG Logistics is hiring a W2 Solo OTR Class A driver in Bossier City, Bossier Parish. As a full-time company driver, you'll run flatbed, refrigerated, and dry van freight across long-haul routes. This is a true W2 position with predictable weekly earnings, steady miles, and flexible time at home — you decide whether you take every other weekend off or stay out three weeks and reset with four days at home. Key Responsibilities

• Operate flatbed, reefer, and dry van trailers safely on OTR assignments
• Average roughly 3,000–3,500 miles each week
• Handle load and unload duties on approximately 25% of trips, including tarping where required
• Maintain compliance and on-time delivery across long-haul lanes
• Manage your home-time schedule, with about 14 days out expected between resets

Qualifications

• Valid Class A commercial driver's license (CDL)
• Comfortable running solo on over-the-road routes
• Able to perform driver load/unload and tarping tasks as needed
• Willing to operate flatbed, refrigerated, and dry van equipment

Pay & Home Time

• Total weekly average pay of $1,500–$2,500
• $500 sign-on bonus
• Line haul percentage of 10%; driver load/unload on about 25% of runs
• Choose your schedule: home every other weekend, or three weeks out followed by four days home
