About the Role
As a Bi-lingual Leasing Consultant based at 35 West at Champion Circle in Fort Worth, you will guide future residents through every step of the leasing journey. Your bilingual communication skills allow you to serve a diverse community and ensure every prospect feels understood and valued. This position offers compensation of $20 to $23 per hour.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet prospective residents, conduct community and apartment tours, and showcase available homes.
- Communicate fluently in two languages to assist applicants and current residents.
- Process rental applications, prepare lease agreements, and explain terms clearly.
- Respond promptly to inquiries by phone, email, and in person.
- Support resident retention through excellent, service-oriented follow-up.
- Maintain accurate leasing records and contribute to occupancy goals.
Qualifications
- Bilingual fluency, with the ability to communicate confidently across two languages.
- Strong interpersonal, customer service, and sales-minded communication skills.
- Organized and dependable, with attention to detail in handling applications and paperwork.
- Comfortable working on-site in Fort Worth, Tarrant County, in a fast-paced community setting.
- Prior leasing, property management, or hospitality experience is a plus.
